1. User Accounts and Authority

In order to gain full learner access to CHT Academy, you must create an account via registration process. During registration we need you to provide your name, an email address and a user password in order to create user accounts (“User Account”). You agree that you will not share access or access information for your User Account with any third party for any reason. In setting up your User Account, you represent that all information provided by you is accurate and current. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms. You must have reached the minimum age of consent for online services as specified in your country to use this platform. The Services are not for use by anyone under the minimum age. Registering on behalf of others or persons under the minimum age is a violation of terms. You agree to have only one CHT Academy account and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of terms.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

Once you enroll in the course, you will have access to course materials including videos, assignments, quizzes, and other resources. You will have access to posts and have the ability to upload or submit content as a learner of the course. You agree to be respectful to other learners and instructors of the course. Posting any harassing content on the basis of race, gender, origin, ethnicity, disability, and other sensitive information is strictly prohibited and is considered a violation of these terms and conditions. You will be completing assignments and quizzes for the courses by yourself. Completing assignments and quizzes on behalf of others is a violation of the terms and conditions. Also, any use of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Rules For Online Conduct

Through your CHT Academy account, you have access to view and publish web content on the servers. You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the CHT Academy and for your posts in the platform. You agree that you will use CHT Academy in compliance with this Terms Of Service, and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations. You may not make any attempt to damage or overburden CHT Academy. You agree not to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or other’s accounts via any means.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the CHT Academy:

• Uploading or sharing content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them
• Uploading or sharing content that infringes another’s intellectual property
• Uploading or sharing profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent or unlawful content
• Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation
• Uploading or sharing viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, malware, spyware or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property;
• Misrepresenting or attempting to misrepresent your identity while using the CHT Academy

4. Rights

You own rights to the content you publish or post in the CHT Academy. You understand your post can be visible to anyone and other people can copy, distribute, reproduce the contents you post. You also represent that you own rights, power, and authority to share the contents you post in the CHT Academy. You waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar nature applicable for using the contents you post in the CHT Academy. You also understand CHT Academy reserves the right to revoke your access to the course and certifications if we find there is any violation of the terms and conditions or if we are obligated to do so due to policy and laws.

The courses in CHT Academy are prepared to the best of the knowledge of CHT Academy. You agree that you will not hold neither CHT Academy nor instructors liable of any possible damage arising from the use of the materials. The tutorials may include hyperlinks to external websites maintained and controlled by the CHT team or by others. You understand that if you decide to access or click any external links or websites, you will be doing so at your own risk and do not hold CHT Academy accountable.

7. Indemnification

If your behavior or usage of the CHT Academy causes any legal issue, you understand that we will take legal action against you. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the CHT Academy from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages (to the extent attributable to you under the applicable law), including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party (c) content you post or submit (d) your violation of these terms and conditions.
