1. Learners are expected to be familiar with the Community Health Toolkit (CHT).
2. Learners are expected to be familiar with standards used in the digital health ecosystem.
3. Learners should have basic familiarity with APIs and data exchange across different platforms.
4. Learners are expected to have basic software development skills.
